RealPower.TV is more than a media platform. It's the digital home of Strategic Moves Media Network, bringing together original programming, community journalism, and live civic engagement to preserve the conversations shaping Black political, economic, and cultural power.
No press pass. No producer's approval. Just the keys — and they're already in Cleveland's hands.
RealPower.TV is live. It's the new home for everything Strategic Moves Media Network runs: four original shows, breaking news and opinion out of Cleveland, one address instead of five platforms you had to chase to find us. For three years, SMN built the proof. Black communities don't need someone else's lens to understand our own power. Now that proof has a building.
Here's what's actually inside it. The RealPower Radio Show. The RealPower.TV Podcast with Kenn Dowell. Sanctified & Stilettos. A-1 Conversations. And the new one, It Is What It Is with Basheer Jones.
A retired judge. A Grammy-nominated artist. A pastor. A strategist who's run campaigns at the federal level. That's not a content calendar. That's a bench. Politics, faith, culture, business — the conversations that move Black Cleveland and, by extension, the national argument. Cleveland is the proof of concept. The rest of the country is the audience it's building toward.
A media company covers a community and asks for its attention in return. Infrastructure puts a mic in the community's hand and hits record. That's the difference, and it's the whole point of what happens next.
What's live right now:
- Four original shows, new episodes weekly, hosted by people who are actually in the work — not commentating on it from a studio.

A Community Organizing Breakfast — Saturday, September 5, 10 AM to 12 Noon, Mount Sinai Ministries, 7510 Woodland Avenue, Cleveland.
This isn't a rally where you stand in the back and clap on cue. We built it as a civic block party with a live mic and real stakes attached to who picks it up.
An open mic with one question on the table: why don't you vote, and what is that silence actually costing us? If you don't vote, we want you on that mic saying why — no judgment, just the truth, on the record: a rap cipher and an open floor for spoken word.
Bring sixteen bars or bring a poem. Either way, you're getting recorded. Three podcasts, live in front of the crowd: Santana's show, my sit-down with Fred Ward to talk straight about power, and Derek Grace joining that same lineup. All of it broadcasting live on WOVU 95.9 FM and feeding directly into the Rap Cipher Podcast. Whatever gets said on that mic doesn't stay in the room. It becomes the episode.
Here's the strategic part. Every other civic event in this city ends when the crowd goes home. This one doesn't. RealPower.TV is where all of it lives after — the recap, the audio, the reporting on what actually got said. If you were there, you'll see yourself in it. If you weren't, this is how you catch up before the next one. That's not a media strategy. That's how you turn one Saturday into a permanent record nobody can rewrite later.
