These terms apply to the RealPower.TV text message program, operated by Strategic Moves Media Network.
What you are signing up for
When you check the SMS consent box on a RealPower.TV form, you are agreeing to receive recurring automated text messages from RealPower.TV at the mobile number you provided. These may include breaking Cleveland civic news, notice that we are going live, event invitations and reminders, and new edition alerts.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase, membership, event registration, or participation. You can attend our events, receive our email briefing, and read everything we publish without ever agreeing to texts.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email kendowell@gmail.com.
Your mobile information
Your mobile number and SMS consent will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your number only with the service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
Carriers and eligibility
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission for the number you enter, and you must be 18 or older.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not apply retroactively, and they do not create consent where none was given.
